The Product Marketing Manager will support product launches, create messaging and content, enable sales teams, gather customer insights, and help drive awareness, engagement, and growth across the customer lifecycle. This creative, customer-focused, and results-driven Product Marketing Manager will shape compelling positioning, messaging and go to market materials for our healthcare technology solutions. This role will partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams, translating product capabilities into compelling clear value stories for health plans, PBM’s, TPA’s and other healthcare stakeholders.
Position Responsibilities:
Product Positioning & Messaging
- Develop clear and compelling product positioning, messaging frameworks, value propositions, and buyer-facing narratives for all MHK solutions.
- Serve as product marketing SME across healthcare technology, care management, quality, compliance and/or health plan operations.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across marketing, sales, and customer communications.
Go-to-Market Execution
- Support planning and execution of product launches, feature releases, and enhancements.
- Coordinate launch activities across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience teams.
- Develop launch assets and communications.
Content Development
- Partner with content and creative teams to produce engaging customer-facing materials.
Sales Enablement
- Create and refine sales enablement assets, pitch decks, solution briefs, web copy, campaign messaging, competitive talking points, and launch materials.
- Translate technical and operational details into concise, audience specific messaging for executives, clinical teams, operations leaders and sales teams.
- Collaborate with demand generation and content teams to ensure campaign messaging is accurate, relevant and commercially effective.
- Equip sales and customer facing teams with practical messaging, objection handling, and proof points
Customer & Market Insights
- Partner with product management to understand roadmap priorities, product functionality, customer needs and market trends.
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor competitors and industry trends to support positioning and product strategy.
Customer Adoption & Engagement
- Support go-to-market planning for product launches, enhancements, and strategic campaigns.
- Collaborate with Customer Experience to support onboarding and feature adoption efforts.
- Help identify opportunities for customer expansion and retention.
Performance Analysis
- Maintain consistency across product marketing materials to ensure alignment with MHK brand voice and business priorities.
- Track product marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
- Measure launch outcomes, adoption metrics, engagement, and pipeline contribution.
- Provide recommendations based on data and customer insights.
Position Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, SaaS marketing, healthcare marketing, or related.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to simplify technical concepts into customer-focused messaging.
- Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Healthcare technology experience.
- Ability to collaborate Hybrid at least three (3) days per week in our Tampa office.
Preferred
- Experience in healthcare payer, provider, care management, quality, compliance or population health B2B SaaS environments.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.
- Experience supporting product launches and sales enablement initiatives.
- Basic knowledge of customer journey mapping and buyer personas.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
