Laurel is on a mission to return time. As the leading AI Time platform for professional services firms, we’re transforming how organizations capture, analyze, and optimize their most valuable resource: time. Our proprietary machine learning technology automates work time capture and connects time data to business outcomes, enabling firms to increase profitability, improve client delivery, and make data-driven strategic decisions. We serve many of the world's largest accounting and law firms, including EY, Aprio, Crowell & Moring, and Frost Brown Todd, and process over 1 billion work activities annually that have never been collected and aggregated before Laurel’s AI Time platform.

Our team comprises top talent in AI, product development, and engineering—innovative, humble, and forward-thinking professionals committed to redefining productivity in the knowledge economy. We're building solutions that empower workers to deliver twice the value in half the time, giving people more time to be creative and impactful. If you're passionate about transforming how people work and building a lasting company that explores the essence of time itself, we'd love to meet you.

About the Role

Reporting to our Principal Product Marketer, you are the execution engine behind PMM's source of truth. Product Marketing owns what is true about our buyer, our product, and the gap our product closes — and you turn that truth into the material that helps sales sell.

This role is built for someone technically fluent and enablement-obsessed. You go deep on the product, translate capabilities into clear and credible messaging, and build the tools the field relies on every day. You work under an established positioning framework: your job is to operationalize it, keep it sharp, and make it effortless for sales to use.

What You'll Do
  • Develop strong technical command of the product: features, capabilities, integrations, and how they map to buyer needs.

  • Build and maintain sales enablement assets — pitch decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts, and objection-handling guides — under the team's positioning framework.

  • Build and maintain the master sales deck on the Principal Product Marketer's behalf, and keep all derivative decks aligned to it.

  • Translate technical capability into clear, value-based messaging for both technical and business audiences.

  • Support competitive intelligence: track competitors and adjacent solutions, and keep battlecards and comparison material current.

  • Partner with sales to understand field gaps and turn them into enablement content; help onboard and ramp reps on positioning.

  • Contribute to solution briefs, data sheets, and feature launches.

  • Keep enablement content organized, current, and easy for sales to find and use.

What You'll Own
  • Sales enablement library: decks, battlecards, one-pagers

  • Master sales deck maintenance (under the Principal Product Marketer's ownership)

  • Demo scripts and technical talk tracks

  • Objection-handling and competitive comparison guides

  • Technical product collateral (data sheets, solution briefs)

  • Launch enablement materials for new features

  • A maintained, organized enablement content repository

  • Comprehensive buyer persona library

  • End-to-end product launches and monthly releases

What You Bring
  • 4+ years of B2B product marketing, sales enablement, or a closely related role.

  • Technical fluency: comfort going deep on a software product and explaining it simply to different audiences.

  • A track record of building sales enablement assets that reps actually use — decks, battlecards, one-pagers, demo scripts.

  • Strong writing and storytelling, with the discipline to work inside an established positioning and messaging framework.

  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence and translating it into field-ready material.

  • A collaborative working style and a habit of staying close to the sales team and the field.

Nice to Have
  • Background working closely with sales or sales engineering.

  • Experience marketing technical products to enterprise buyers.

  • Experience marketing to professional services, legal, or financial buyers.

  • Familiarity with enablement tooling and content management systems.

Who You Are

You are precise, fast, and credible. You like getting deep enough into a product to explain it better than most people in the room, and you take pride in making the sales team more effective. You would rather operationalize a sharp positioning than reinvent it, and you keep your work organized so others can find and trust it. You thrive in a high-growth environment and want your work to show up directly in pipeline and win rates.

Why join Laurel:
  • To date, we've secured significant funding from renowned venture capitalists (Google Ventures, IVP, Anthos, Upfront Ventures), as well as notable individuals like Marc Benioff, Gokul Rajaram, Kevin Weil, and Alexis Ohanian

  • A smart, fun, collaborative, and inclusive team

  • Great employee benefits, including equity and 401K

  • Bi-annual, in-person company off-sites, in unique locations, to grow and share time with the team

  • An opportunity to perform at your best while growing, making a meaningful impact on the company's trajectory, and embodying our core values: understanding your "why," dancing in the rain, being your whole self, and sanctifying time

We encourage diverse perspectives and rigorous thinkers who aren't afraid to challenge the status quo. Laurel is an equal opportunity employer. All applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status. We are not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation assistance.

If you think you'd be a good fit for this role, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t perfectly match all the bullet points in the job description. At Laurel, we strive to create an inclusive culture that encourages people from all walks of life to bring their unique, diverse perspectives to work. Every day, we aim to build an environment that empowers us all to do the best work of our careers, and we can't wait to show you what we have to offer!
