As an Offering Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for articulating a point of view for our Global Infrastructure Services. Collaborating with the global Marcom organization, you will drive marketing programs to build awareness and consideration, enable sales, drive demand and advance pipeline. In support of these programs, you will develop messaging and positioning, value propositions and create written content for our web page, blogs, presentations, and sales enablement materials. The term “product marketing” is often used to describe this role.
What you will do:
- Work closely with offering and business leaders to develop marketing plans and achieve marketing objectives for Global Infrastructure Services to increase demand and help sales drive pipeline creation and conversion
- Work collaboratively with various stakeholders to develop effective messaging and positioning in line with the corporate narrative; communicate that messaging and positioning to all internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with and program manage various marketing disciplines to achieve results, including content team, social team, alliance team, creative services, brand and more. Serve as go to subject matter expert for marketing organization on assigned offering, acting as key marketing liaison for offering management, sales teams, alliance team and other parts of the organization.
- Work with content managers to develop offering related web content, blogs, thought leadership, client success stories, videos, presentations, sales enablement materials and other deliverables relevant to the customer journey.
- Support Analyst Relations efforts as needed to include RFI submittals, briefing content etc
- Develop strong partnerships with offering leaders as well as global and regional marketing teams
- Enhance country initiatives by providing offering expertise, content, and help manage execution of events and other tactics.
- Create content and drive relevant marketing programs with priority key collaborators and partners
- Develop and maintain solution proof points, messaging, value propositions and overview presentations for assigned offerings.
- Participate in and drive social media initiatives for assigned offering.
- Ensure programs align with company’s brand identity and messaging frameworks.
- Lead the direct involvement of other cross-functional marketing resources as needed to ensure success.
- Establish, track and measure marketing tactics and prepare monthly reports on results and ROI.
Who you are / Basic qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA with marketing concentration a bonus.
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, product management or marketing for IT services firms with a passion for the offering/product marketing role
- Experience in a B2B technology company marketing, managing, or developing products or services. Experience with digital workplace, security or cloud and infrastructure services a plus.
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel)
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, presentation and writing skills.
- Proven success in creating and executing on product marketing plans.
- Good attention to detail taking pride in delivery of excellent work product and programs

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $91,400 - $169,700.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
