The Role

JoomPulse is a data platform that provides analytics and recommendations for marketplace sellers. Its features allow you to review the most profitable products, know the estimated profit of buying directly from the supplier, discover the categories with the greatest growth potential and explore profitable ways to expand your business. JoomPulse helps make e-commerce data easy to understand and efficient for all sellers.

JoomPulse is one of the key businesses of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a platform for shopping from all over the world; JoomPro, the first end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace, with successful operations in Brazil and plans to expand to other markets; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a strong background in SaaS to enhance product positioning, drive conversion strategies, and experiment with marketing hypotheses in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and optimize landing pages in collaboration with the content manager, including both the main page and experimental variations based on marketing hypotheses
  • Identify and enhance key values within the core product to improve user engagement and drive conversions
  • Design and implement conversion mechanisms and purchasing incentives
  • Develop detailed specifications for proposed initiatives, ensuring clear execution guidelines
  • Collaborate closely with the CS and sales team to align marketing strategies with customer insights
  • Introduce and implement best marketing practices tailored to the Brazilian market

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in product marketing management
  • Proven experience in SaaS data management platforms, ideally in eCommerce
  • Strong ability to communicate complex value propositions effectively
  • Ability to provide detailed specifications to the internal teams
  • Hands-on experience with landing pages optimization
  • Strong analytical skills and data driven approach
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese
