Product Marketing Manager - ISS Market Intelligence

ISS Stoxx is hiring! Our ISS Market Intelligence (MI) business, which provides critical data, insights, and market engagement solutions to clients in the financial services industry, is seeking a Vice President of Product Marketing. In this role you will be responsible for the creation and execution of our product marketing strategy.

Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet our clients’ needs and are positioned for success in the market. Our ideal candidate is results-oriented, data-driven, with a client-centric approach to building messaging and value propositions for products, features and/or programs.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Product, Development/Engineering, Sales, Client Success, and other members of the Marketing team to develop positioning and messaging for marketing collateral and sales enablement materials.

• Define target segments and create compelling value propositions for each segment.

• Evaluate product market fit through customer research to find growth opportunities and improve user experiences within our product offerings.

• Solicit external market/client feedback on products through user groups, client consultations, beta programs.

• Keep a pulse on industry trends and competitive landscape to inform product improvements and customer initiatives including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.

• Analyze product performance and market data to make recommendations for improvements.

• Understand and represent the voice of the customer to shape the development of the product roadmap, and to ensure alignment with market needs and customer demand.

What We Need from You:

• 7+ years’ experience in product marketing, preferably for data centric B2B products.

• Financial Services or marketing to an FS audience strongly preferred.

• Experience in market analysis, competitive assessment, and bringing solutions to market.

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, MBA a plus.

• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial approach and the ability to collaborate in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, writing, and project management skills.

This role is based in our Red Bank, NJ office with a hybrid schedule requiring 3 days in office each week and 2 days remote.
