We are looking for a Product Marketer to collaborate with our Creator product team to build go-to-market strategies, campaigns, and content. The Creator team builds the development tools, including Roblox Studio, that millions of creators use to build all the experiences. It is often the first tool a child might use to learn how to code or 3D model, but it is also used by larger teams that earn millions of dollars a month on Roblox.
As a member of the Product Marketing team, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Communications, Developer Relations, Events, and Partnerships teams.
This role is based in our San Mateo, CA office (3 days in-office, Tuesday-Thursday) and will report to Head of Product Marketing, Creator
You will:
- Build go-to-market strategies for launching creator products
- Create engaging content across multiple formats (blogs, social media, videos, and events)
- You will work hand-in-hand with our product marketing, Developer Relations, video, and creative teams.
- You’ll connect with our customers to learn their stories and help them tell their stories to help market our product.
You have:
- 8+ years working in Product Marketing or similar discipline
- Success in product marketing for a developer or gaming platform
- Storytelling, writing, and editing skills
- Emotional intelligence and passion for creating content for technical audiences like software or game developers
- Strong technical marketing skills and can communicate complex concepts to a variety of technical audiences from game developers, designers, and Studio heads.
- You’re comfortable navigating competing priorities and managing ambiguity in a fast-paced setting.
- Bonus: experience creating presentations for industry or user conferences

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
