What You'll Do:

  • Bring the value props of your energy vertical to life through engaging storytelling and messaging across the diverse marketing and sales channels that make up the Enverus customer journey.
  • Own the go-to-market messaging, segmentation and positioning strategy for new product launches and feature updates.
  • Lead cross-functional launch teams through Enverus commercial launch framework process
  • Act as the subject matter expert on current industry challenges, solution messaging, personas and collateral, ensuring consistent messaging across marketing channels.
  • Create and update sales enablement materials and content, including solution overviews, product videos, sales decks, white papers, e-books, blogs, customer case studies, competitive research, sales playbooks and solution spec sheets.
  • Partner with the demand generation marketing team to create a content roadmap that aligns with quarterly and yearly revenue goals and supports every stage of the buyer's journey.
  • Partner with the Product team to craft effective messaging that communicates the value of our power and renewables product portfolio.
  • Partner with our Sales Go-To-Market team to ensure the Sales team is enabled to communicate business value and value propositions in the most effective way possible.
  • Take a metrics-driven approach to inform messaging and content success, and address opportunities for improvement.


What You Need to Succeed:
To excel in this role, you must have strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate has analytical mind, come up with solutions to complex problems, is experienced leading efforts involving multiple teams and has a strong understanding of consumer behavior.

  • 3-5 years experience in product marketing. A background in the power and renewable energy space is highly favorable - wind, solar, utilities.
  • Proven storytelling, messaging and writing skills across a variety of content areas . Writing samples will be requested
  • Excellent understanding of consumer behavior and purchase decisions
  • Ability to interpret marketing metrics into marketing strategy
  • Mastery of the best product marketing practices and techniques
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with sales, product and marketing
  • Proven understanding of the demand engine and how to activate content throughout various channels to achieve GTM goals
  • Empathy for prospects and customers; an advocate for their needs and challenges as different elements of the marketing plan are designed and launched
  • An ability to navigate ambiguity, identify gaps and take ownership over improvement

This role is eligible for: Variable Compensation
Salary Range: $115K-125K plus 5% bonus
