Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Coordinator to lead the creation and distribution of key marketing materials, including sell/product sheets, white papers, and other content. This role is responsible for conducting competitive research, staying updated on industry trends, and collaborating closely with sales and product teams to develop compelling messaging. The ideal candidate will translate insights into impactful content that drives engagement throughout the customer journey, while ensuring all materials are consistent with product positioning.
Additionally, the role will include telling product stories across various platforms, managing product information updates, and identifying opportunities for content enhancement. This position requires a strong understanding of solutions, industries, and market trends, and the ability to communicate this knowledge both internally and externally.
About the Day to Day Responsibilities of the Role
- Conduct competitive research and keep the sales, marketing, and product teams up to date on market and industry developments. Enable Commercial Team through role plays and certification.
- Collaborate with various go to market (GTM) teams within sales and marketing to develop and execute integrated programs and customer messaging.
- Develop deep insights into buyer needs and translate them into highly compelling messaging and positioning.
- Develop engaging solutions tools and content that increases buyer engagement across various stages of the consideration journey
- Tell product stories across multiple platforms with video, written content, presentations, and events.
- Serve as an internal subject matter expert on solutions / industries and stay abreast of industry trends and communicate relevant product news internally. Enable Commercial Team through content and training.
- Continuously update and maintain product information on company intranet site to reflect the latest releases and enhancements.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to identify areas for improvement in product/solution content. Propose changes or new content initiatives based on identified gaps and market trends.
- Ensure content across channels, such as blogs, websites, demand generation campaigns, and events is aligned with the brand and product and vertical market messaging.

Qualifications
About You and How You Can Excel in this Role
- BA/BS degree, preferably in marketing, communications, or equivalent working experience
- 2-3 years of B2B product marketing experience in B2B organization
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods with highly developed skills in translating customer insights into compelling messages
- Proactive self-starter, capable of independently leading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for storytelling, strong content creation and presentation skills with ability to educate and inspire GTM teams
- Excellent command of written and oral communication as demonstrated by strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
