We’re looking for a Product Marketing Associate to help define how SuperDial shows up in the market.
This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing. You’ll be responsible for translating product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging, supporting go-to-market execution, and ensuring we deeply understand our customers and buyers.
About the Role:Messaging & Positioning
Develop and refine core messaging for SuperDial’s products and features
Translate technical capabilities into clear business value for buyers
Define and evolve ICPs, personas, and use cases
Go-to-Market Execution
Support launches for new features and product lines
Partner with product, sales, and marketing to coordinate GTM efforts
Ensure alignment across messaging, content, and outbound efforts
Sales Enablement
Create high-impact materials including pitch decks, one-pagers, and battlecards
Support the sales team with messaging for key deals and objections
Continuously refine positioning based on customer and prospect feedback
Customer & Market Insights
Conduct customer interviews and synthesize insights
Analyze competitors and market trends
Bring structured thinking to how we differentiate in the market
2+ years of experience in product marketing, consulting, or a related role
Strong writing and storytelling ability
Ability to break down complex or technical concepts clearly
High ownership mindset and strong execution skills
Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
Experience in B2B SaaS, healthcare, or AI products
Exposure to sales processes or working closely with sales teams
Experience at a startup or high-growth company
Messaging is clear, differentiated, and consistently used across the company
Sales is equipped with strong materials that improve conversion
Product launches are well-coordinated and effective
SuperDial’s positioning becomes sharper and more compelling over time

The base salary for this role ranges from $85,000-105,000, depending on experience, skill set, and fit. We also offer equity and benefits as part of our total compensation package. Final offers may vary based on experience and qualifications - we’re always open to exceptional talent.
