This role will contribute to positioning our products, crafting compelling messaging, and executing marketing campaigns that resonate with waste industry professionals.

 

What to expect

 

🧰 Develop and refine product positioning and messaging that differentiates our platform in the waste management market

 

✍️  Create compelling value propositions for different customer segments (waste haulers, recycling facilities, municipal clients)

 

⏩ Build and maintain detailed buyer personas and customer journey maps specific to waste industry decision-makers

 

📈 Lead product launch strategies and execution for new features and platform updates

 

🥇 Design customer acquisition strategies across digital and industry-specific channels

 

More About The Ideal Candidate

 

💻 You are on a mission to help customers win.

 

💭 3-5 years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS

 

🗣️ You love listening to customers and solving hard problems. Lead with empathy, earn trust.

 

🔁 You've proven you can market to blue collar customers and deliver on your promises.

 

🤝 Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content

 

Requirements

Tactical responsibilities will include:

 

  • Marketing: Execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing solutions that drive value.
  • Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies.
  • Analytics: Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, etc)
  • Values: Articulate the unique value proposition of our solution and tailor it to the specific needs of each customer.
  • Collaborate: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to gather insights and ensure a seamless customer experience.
