Summary Generated by Built In
Scurri has the vision of Connecting Commerce by optimising the ordering, shipping, and delivery process for customers. As a "Great Place to Work," we pride ourselves on a culture of innovation, collaboration, and empowerment. Our Product Team is tasked with converting this vision into reality, working at the intersection of Engineering, Marketing, and our global customer base.
We are looking for a forward-thinking, collaborative Product Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will act as a versatile, generalist product thinker with a strong technical foundation, taking ownership of key product areas across our development squads. You will be instrumental in building the scalable software solutions that power Scurri's evolution from a deterministic carrier management platform to an autonomous, agentic solution.
The role will require working closely with key partners and customers to surface and understand their needs, ensuring we build the right things to deliver the right outcomes. Additionally, you will be a champion of utilising modern AI tooling (e.g., Claude, Gemini, automations) to optimise your own product management workflows and streamline how we build products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Roadmap: Own, curate, and maintain a prioritised product roadmap that aligns with Scurri's overall business strategy and maximises customer value.
  • Partner Collaboration: Work closely with external partners and ecosystem providers to translate service updates, technical specifications, and compliance requirements into robust, forward-planned product updates.
  • Customer Discovery & Value Creation: Work directly with customers to identify and deeply understand their underlying needs and pain points, translating these insights into highly valuable, user-centric product solutions.
  • AI-Leveraged Productivity: Utilise modern AI tooling to accelerate your own day-to-day product management workflows, from synthesising user research to breaking down initiatives into high-quality milestones, while maintaining a strong conceptual understanding of modern agentic systems.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Research Epics, break them down into high-quality user stories, and define clear "Definitions of Done" that include training, roll-out plans, and success metrics.
  • Lean & Agile Evangelism: Encourage structured experimentation and scientific learning, contributing to the culture of Lean and Agile within the organisation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Engineering, Operations, Marketing, and Sales to ensure product launches are seamless, well-documented, and commercially supported.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • AI Enthusiast: You have a genuine interest in AI and stay updated on how agentic solutions can be applied to solve SaaS and development problems, and ideally bring a proven track record of successfully launching AI solutions in a professional setting.
  • AI Implementation & Automation: Relentless drive to automate manual tasks and scale productivity by architecting workflows around AI agents. You will possess practical expertise in the modern AI stack: LLM orchestration, agentic frameworks, vector databases, model fine-tuning, unstructured data, and seamless integration with APIs/ERPs via AI-readable JSON.
  • System Thinker: You possess the technical aptitude to discuss API design, data workflows, and system architecture with engineers without getting lost.
  • Thrive on Complexity: You excel at turning ambiguous, incomplete, or conflicting inputs from various partners and stakeholders into solid, actionable plans.
  • Precision Communicator: You communicate with empathy and clarity, easily breaking
down highly technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • SaaS & Tech Savvy: Beyond just shipping new features, you obsess over continuous
product discovery, usability, and iterative improvement.
