We are seeking an experienced Product Manager with people management experience to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of cybersecurity SaaS products. The ideal candidate has a strong cybersecurity background, experience managing product teams, and a data-driven approach to building and scaling products.
Define product requirements, workflows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Own the product roadmap and backlog, prioritizing features based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
Analyze product usage, adoption metrics, and customer feedback to drive product decisions.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful delivery and releases.
Drive AI-powered product initiatives, including automation and agent-based capabilities.
Contribute to the development of GRC, Email Gateway solutions aligned with compliance and regulatory requirements.
Lead product launches, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements.
Mentor and manage product team members.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
5+ years of Product Management experience in a cybersecurity SaaS company (mandatory).
Prior people management experience.
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum, product lifecycle management, and data-driven decision-making.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
Understanding of cybersecurity, GRC, risk management, or compliance solutions.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
