We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Product Manager with over 5 years of experience, preferably in the e-commerce domain, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining product vision, creating detailed product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive successful product outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:Define product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals.
Gather and document business requirements through BRDs and user stories.
Collaborate with stakeholders, engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact products.
Manage and optimize e-commerce product catalogs and ensure seamless customer experience.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback reviews to identify product opportunities.
Prioritize features and enhancements using data-driven decision-making.
Own product lifecycle from concept to launch and continuous improvement.
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and KPIs.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and manage product backlogs using tools like Jira and Confluence.
5+ years of product management experience (preferably in e-commerce).
Proven experience in writing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and other product management tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and drive initiatives across teams.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.).
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and tools like Figma, Balsamiq (optional)
