You will be working for a US-based technology company leading the development of an Ecommerce  and other web platforms that supports independent retailers in North America as they adopt and embrace new components of their digital marketing solutions. We build and maintain thousands of retailer websites that must run reliably, efficiently, and effectively. This position is responsible for working with software developers to ensure they are meeting sprint goals and communicating to the team and management the results.  You will gather details on their project requirements and also manage internal timelines and deliverables for these projects and be the client liaison for communications of project status

We are seeking a high-impact Product Manager who can take ownership of shaping vision into a clear,

iterative delivery plan — combining research, stakeholder input, and strong execution discipline. This role is essential in

guiding both initiatives toward a phased 2026 delivery roadmap aligned with customer needs and business value.

This role is responsible for helping teams achieve their goals, work strategically together, and remain as adaptable as
possible in a fun, ever-changing environment. Consistently and diligently looking for ways to optimize, while elevating
awareness of risks and escalating blockers, to keep teams moving and ensure leadership is always aware of status. The
projects will be a mix of sunsetting legacy capabilities, building new service offerings, and migrating customers and functionality from legacy to modern solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the refinement of the vision and strategic goals for MemberNet 2.0 and the modernized sales enablement platform.

  • Validate and evolve product direction through user research, industry analysis, and competitive insights.

  • Identify and articulate the “must-have” vs. “future opportunity” capabilities — balancing speed-to-value with long-term innovation.

  • Conduct structured interviews and feedback sessions with independent retailers and store-level sales teams, internal stakeholders (member support, vendor teams, customer success, training, sales, analytics, IT)

  • Map workflows and pain points across both internal users and retail associates.

  • Translate feedback into prioritized product requirements and actionable insights.

  • Partner with engineering leadership to break initiatives into achievable milestones and sprint-level deliverables.

  • Build clear backlog structures, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

  • Establish success metrics and measurable value delivered in each release.

  • Work closely with engineering, UX/UI, data, and SMEs to shepherd work from concept through delivery.

  • Review and validate functionality during build, test, and launch phases.

  • Drive documentation, communications, and stakeholder alignment — ensuring clarity on scope, trade-offs, and timelines.

  • 5+ years in product management (preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise tools, retail tech, or internal platforms)

  • Demonstrated success modernizing legacy systems

  • Proven ability to run discovery interviews and translate insights into user stories, prototypes, and roadmap priorities

  • Strong experience driving backlog creation, sprint planning, and cross-functional execution in agile environments

  • Exceptional communication skills for stakeholder and technical audiences

  • Ability to balance short-term delivery milestones with long-term product strategy

  • Experience in retail technology, sales enablement tools, or internal knowledge platforms
