Product Manager

At Invity we’re building the Bitcoin neobank for Europe.

Today, we’re a MiCA-licensed mobile app helping people build Bitcoin wealth through simple, automated investing strategies. Our goal is to make Bitcoin accessible to everyone, whether they’re buying for the first time or building long-term financial habits.

We’re a team of around 40 people based in Prague, working at the intersection of fintech, crypto and regulation. While the industry moves fast, we believe the best products combine innovation with trust, simplicity and strong execution.

We’re now looking for a Product Manager to join our small product team and help us scale. This is an opportunity to work closely with product, design, engineering, compliance and leadership while taking real ownership of what we build and how we build it.

• Drive day-to-day product delivery with engineering teams, including backlog management, prioritization, refinements and planning

• Write clear product specifications that help teams move quickly and make informed decisions

• Partner closely with design to take features from idea to launch

• Run user interviews and turn customer insights into product improvements

• Help shape the roadmap alongside the Product Lead and company leadership

• Track delivery progress, identify risks early and coordinate across teams to remove blockers

• Work closely with compliance, legal and engineering teams to ship products in a regulated environment

• You have 3-5 years of product management experience and a track record of shipping customer-facing products

• You are fluent in both Czech and English

• You learn quickly and enjoy becoming an expert in complex domains

• You communicate clearly, whether you’re writing specifications, presenting trade-offs, or aligning stakeholders

• You use AI as part of your daily workflow and actively build your own systems, prompts and processes to work more effectively

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, crypto or other regulated industries

• Experience working on consumer-facing (B2C) products

• Experience shipping mobile applications
