SEI is seeking a Product Manager.  The IMS Product Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the roadmap, strategy, and long‑term vision for the Accounting Systems and Fund Administration product family within the Investment Management Services (IMS) portfolio. This role is responsible for driving product outcomes across complex accounting and investment platforms supporting alternative asset classes.

The ideal candidate brings hands‑on experience with institutional accounting and fund administration systems such as Geneva, InvestTran, and related platforms, paired with a strong understanding of alternative investment operations and how these workflows span multiple technologies. This individual thrives in a fast‑paced, forward‑thinking product organization, collaborating closely across engineering, operations, data, and client‑facing teams to deliver meaningful product innovation.

What you will do:

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for IMS accounting systems and fund administration solutions
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on accounting platforms (e.g., Geneva, InvestTran) and their role within alternative investment operations
  • Translate complex business, operational, and regulatory requirements into clear product initiatives and prioritized backlogs
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, UX, Data, Operations, Compliance, and Client teams to deliver high‑impact solutions
  • Lead ideation, validation, and rapid prototyping of new capabilities, leveraging AI‑assisted tools and emerging technologies where appropriate
  • Drive discovery through customer interviews, workflow analysis, and data‑driven insights to validate product direction
  • Manage trade‑offs between short‑term delivery and long‑term platform scalability
  • Support go‑to‑market readiness, including documentation, internal enablement, and stakeholder communication
  • Monitor product performance and adoption, using metrics and feedback to guide continuous improvement

What we need from you:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role within investment management, fund administration, or financial technology
  • Direct, hands‑on experience working with Geneva, InvestTran, or comparable accounting and investment platforms
  • Strong familiarity with alternative investments (e.g., private equity, hedge funds, private credit, real assets) and associated operational workflows
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional, agile product environment
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to break down complex systems and processes
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
  • A clear, well‑communicated roadmap aligned to IMS strategic goals
  • Improved efficiency, scalability, and usability of accounting and fund administration systems
  • Strong cross‑functional alignment and momentum across product initiatives
  • Delivery of innovative, validated solutions that meet real client and operational needs

What we would like from you:

  • Strategic thinker with strong judgment and a long-term perspective.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and leading through change.
  • Collaborative leader who builds trust and alignment across diverse stakeholders.
  • Intellectual curiosity and a strong understanding of financial services innovation.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a bias toward thoughtful execution.

This team follows a hybrid work schedule and works 3 days in the office (Tuesday – Thursday).
