Job Summary :
Neurology BUで管轄する製品の発売準備、マーケティング戦略の策定・変更、マーケティングミックス資料、アンブランドキャンペーン、 疾患啓発、医療・市場アクセスプロジェクトなど、グローバルおよび地域のビジネス⽬標・⽬的に沿った複数のチャネルを通じた戦術を担 当する。機能横断的な部⾨との連携・調整をリードし、地域のRegional HeadやAccout Executiveなど、ビジネスユニット内の関 係者とのコミュニケーションを図る。 ICP(Integrated Customer Plan)、AOP(Annual Operational Plan)、OPEXのすべ てのプロセスを管理し、中⻑期および短期のマーケティングプランを策定・実施して、予算内の収益と市場・患者シェアを予算内のコスト で達成する。
