Product Manager

We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our team. What you'll be doing:

• Understand the needs of the customers.
  

• Develop user stories and define acceptance criteria.
  

• Analyze preferences and requests of end users.
  

• Incorporate feature requests into product roadmap.
  

• Refine our agile methodology based on results and client feedback.
  

• Plan releases and upgrades.
  

• Follow progress of work and address production issues during sprints.
  

• Keep track of industry trends.
  

• Follow competitor developments and the industry.
  

• Develop the product strategy.
  

• Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, including dependencies and priorities based on the overall strategy.
  

• Manage the product roadmap.
  

• Manage the stakeholders.
  

• Maintain team backlog.
  

• Forecast and monitor key metrics and track product performance.
  

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  

• Excellent command of the English language.
  

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment
  

• Hands-on experience managing all stages of the product life cycle.
  

• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies.
  

• Experience in release management and planning.
  

• Familiarity with common software development technologies, such as web and mobile applications, APIs, and databases.
  

• Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies is a plus.
  

• Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools, such as Balsamiq, Sketch, Miro or Figma.
  

• Proficiency using JIRA for project scheduling and project management functions.
  

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
  

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  

• Ability to make data-driven decisions
  

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  

• A customer-centric mindset, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products
