We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of our payments platform. This role is focused on product discovery, strategy, and decision-making. You will define how our payments ecosystem should evolve, identify opportunities to improve payment performance, and drive initiatives that increase approval rates, optimize processing costs, and improve customer experience. You will work closely with Payment Operations, Engineering, Business Analysts, and company leadership to shape the future of payments within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product strategy for the payments platform.
- Build and maintain the product roadmap based on business priorities, customer needs, and payment performance metrics.
- Drive discovery activities, including data analysis, stakeholder interviews, market research, and hypothesis validation.
- Identify opportunities to improve approval rates, conversion, payment reliability, and processing costs.
Prioritize initiatives related to payment provider integrations, orchestration, smart routing, cascading, and traffic allocation. - Analyze payment performance across providers, geographies, payment methods, and customer segments.
- Partner with Business Analysts and Delivery teams to ensure successful execution of product initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends across payments, fintech, forex, and crypto ecosystems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar product leadership role.
- Strong experience in payments, fintech, forex, crypto, PSPs, acquiring, or related domains.
- Experience working with payment providers and payment integrations.
- Understanding of payment orchestration concepts, including routing, cascading, traffic allocation, and payment optimization.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make product decisions based on data.
- Experience defining product strategy and prioritizing initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset and ability to operate in complex, cross-functional environments.

Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner
- At least 3 years in payments domain
- Experience with payment orchestration systems
- Exceptional structuring skills for complex problems
- Strong command of prioritization frameworks
- Experience with product analytics tools
- Ability to write PRDs, user stories, and JTBD
- Foundational understanding of payments infrastructure
- Experience running A/B tests
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- High level of user empathy combined with analytical mindset
- English proficiency at B2 level or above
