We are seeking a driven, technically curious Product Manager to lead the development of Quantum Machines’ next generation analog and RF front‑end modules. The ideal candidate combines strong system‑level thinking with a deep understanding of RF engineering, signal integrity, precision measurements, and quantum‑domain requirements. In this role, you will translate experimental and architectural needs into clear product specifications and guide hardware and firmware development. 

As a Product Manager, you will work closely with Architecture, R&D, Operations, Measurements, Solutions, and Research groups to define features, resolve complex technical challenges, and ensure that our front‑end modules consistently meet the demands of cutting‑edge quantum computing. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Product Development: Understand and translate experimental and system‑level requirements into RF and precision analog specifications, ensuring products meet evolving customer needs and performance targets. 
  • Product Expertise: Collaborate closely with Architecture, R&D, Measurements, Solutions, and Research teams to align design decisions with market demands. 
  • Product Ownership: Define and manage current and next-generation product requirements, launch plans, and roadmaps. 
  • Domain Expertise: Understanding the market requirements coming from the forefront of quantum science, leveraging deep RF and system‑engineering knowledge to guide architectural tradeoffs, inform hardware decisions, prioritize features, and be the Subject Matter Expert for Quantum Machine’s hardware. 
  • Strategic collaborations: lead strategic collaborations with top tier companies in the world 
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues, and ensure the successful development, qualification, and delivery of FEM products. 

Key Requirements: 

  • B.Sc. in a relevant field such as Physics, Engineering, or a similar discipline. 
  • 3+ years of experience working on a multidisciplinary product, as a hardware product manager, or as a system engineer in the fields of RF/test and measurement equipment/Radars. 
  • Strong background in RF & system engineering — understanding signal chains, DAC/ADC behavior, noise mechanisms, mixers, filters, etc. 
  • Ability to translate complex physics and architecture into actionable products and features. 
  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering; experience in experimental quantum computing - Advantage 
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills and the ability to work closely with internal and external stakeholders. 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and take ownership of your areas of responsibility.
