Analog Devices, Inc. is looking for a Product Manager within the Customer Solutions groups Strategy team helping create new AI enabled digital experiences for our customers to help them adopt our technology more seamlessly.

This position will own the overall product vision and roadmap and makes decisions in relation to prioritization. Responsible to assess business requirements by working across the organization, and in turn, work with the development team to turn those requirements into a development feature roadmap.

Responsibilities:

  • Interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams defining the most impactful digital experiences and turning that vision into a feature roadmap for the development team.

  • Work with Customer Experience team (CX/UX) being the voice of our customers.

  • Define key success metrics and sign off on product launches.

  • Regular status reporting to senior leadership and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate and drive alignment across a team of other Product Managers responsible for small portions of the overall experience, while owning overall platform requirements.

  • Define Process Flow for requirements definition and final sign off.

  • Facilitate Peer Review circles of roadmap and early PoCs to get feedback and allow course correction.

  • Drive an AI mindset across the organization ensuring that we are digitizing common/repetitive tasks both for our field and customers.

Skills:

  • Broad technical knowledge across a breadth of ADI technology

  • Experience across end-to-end product lifecycle (from vision to delivery)

  • Prior Product Manager/Owner experience would be advantageous

  • Familiarity with AI/ML applications and digital platforms would be beneficial

  • Customer focused with a crisp understanding of customer workflows and pain points.

  • Very organized with excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Ability to work with geographically dispersed teams and influence across org boundaries.

  • Motivated and proactive with a drive for results.

Education Level: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related discipline
Travel Required: 10%-20%
