CoverFour is a fast-growing collection of consumer product brands focused on delivering best in class sporting goods equipment across multiple sports and product categories.
We are looking for a hard-working teammate with excellent organizational skills and a track record of seeing projects and commitments through to their completion. Product Manager will work closely with Brand Managers, Product Designers and Factories to build product line plans, ideate product designs and deliver remarkable products on time and on budget. Adhering to the various product development calendars and budgets, Product Manager will be responsible for managing the entire product development process from initial sourcing through final product approval. Product Manager will report directly to Chief Product Officer. Product Manager will work to support Sales and Marketing efforts, as needed
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full Product Development lifecycle for all assigned projects; sourcing, sampling, lab and field testing, certification/compliance, packaging, ongoing production support and troubleshooting, etc.
- Ensure all projects remain on time and on budget
- Document the development work through company-standard processes and procedures
- Work with Product Development Team to build and maintain product market landscapes and supply chain network flowcharts
- Work to strengthen existing factory relationships and build relationships with new factories
- Will work across all CoverFour brands
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to drive cross-functional alignment and support ongoing business initiatives.
Candidate Requirements:
- This is an in-office role based in Baton Rouge, LA. Fully remote candidates will not be considered.

- Self-Starter that can thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to travel regularly and often on short notice, both domestic and international
