We are seeking a passionate Product Manager, skilled in creating intuitive and accessible products and experiences used by millions of people to provide a safe digital experience for their children. You will support the VP of Product in driving execution from strategy through feature delivery and launch, working closely with engineering and the wider product team. This role is for someone who loves rolling up their sleeves, balancing user insights with business needs, and turning ideas into high-quality delivery.
What You'll Be Doing with Us:
As a key member of the Product team, you'll craft impactful product features that empower users to achieve their goals. You'll be involved throughout the entire product lifecycle, from inception to market launch.
- Own feature delivery and execution: Take ownership of defined product initiatives, ensuring features are clearly scoped, prioritized, built, and delivered across platforms and user journeys, in line with product strategy and quality standards.
- Translate strategy into action: Work closely with the VP of Product to translate high-level strategy and roadmap priorities into clear requirements, user stories, and execution plans for engineering and design teams.
- Lead a new strategic focus on product education: Own and drive a new strategic initiative focused on integrating product videos into the Help Center, defining the vision, success metrics, and roadmap, and working cross-functionally to move the initiative from concept to execution and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Partner day to day with engineering, design, data, and others to unblock teams, manage dependencies, and ensure smooth delivery of initiatives.
- User data and insights: Monitor product performance, user feedback, and delivery metrics to inform decisions, validate outcomes, and continuously improve shipped features.
Requirements
- English Speaker: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
- Product management experience: Proven experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar product role, with hands-on experience delivering SaaS products for web and mobile for a B2C audience.
- Strong execution and delivery skills: Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into clear requirements, manage backlogs, and drive initiatives from definition through launch in an agile environment.
- Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Collaborative Team Player: Enjoys working closely with designers, researchers, marketers, product managers, and engineers to deliver the best product experience.
- Organized, Motivated, and Proactive: Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Familiar with Product and delivery Tools: Experience using product and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Productboard, Figma, or similar platforms to plan, track, and communicate work.
