Position Overview

As our first product manager hire you will help shape and execute our strategy for building out the Conduit platform and defining this role going forward.

To that end, your role will be to work with Customer Strategists to gather requirements and scope requests across customers, collaborate with engineers to build new end-to-end features, partner with the C-suite on strategic product objectives, and ensure our product capabilities are serving end-customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Conduit platform in close partnership with Customer Strategists, Software Engineers, and the Founders

  • Track and plan day-to-day engineering work, including daily standup, bi-weekly sprints, and ad-hoc requests as-needed

  • Engage regularly with users and Customer Strategists to deepen product insights, facilitate requirement gathering, and tie feature development to operational impact

  • Work closely with the C-suite to ensure product priorities are tied to company goals

  • Partner with engineers on the end-to-end lifecycle of platform features, from concept through launch and iteration

  • Shape and define this role as the team scales, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture

  • Contribute actively to company-wide strategy, culture, and growth initiatives

Qualifications

  • 3-6 years of experience in product management, including engineering, customer, and executive stakeholder management

  • Comfort in ambiguous, fast-changing environments, and an ability to defend your positions

  • Technical fluency and ability to learn quickly, especially related to LLM platforms

  • Excellent communication and organization skills, both verbal and written

  • Track record of defining requirements, delivering results, and iterating based on user feedback

  • Ability and willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% domestically)

  • Strong preference for government product experience, including classified workflows, compliance regimes, and operating environments

  • Minimum Secret clearance preferred, US citizenship required
