Are you passionate about product, marketing and player experience and engagement? We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead Player Experience & Engagement — driving innovation, growth, and unforgettable player experiences.
You’ll shape the roadmap for new game variants, room types, and features that deepen gameplay and keep players coming back — working closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life.

- Assess internal and external insights, understanding the product, customer, market and business.
- Create and communicate product vision, strategy, priorities, and outcomes with clarity and influence.
- Define and lead an outcome-oriented and actionable roadmap for bingo experience & engagement.
- Translate player needs, data, and market insights into high-impact opportunities.
- Develop clear problem statements, requirements, success metrics, and testable hypotheses.

- Ensure a strong link between game design, player engagement, and business impact.
- Collaborate with design, tech, and delivery to shape and deliver engaging features.
- Oversea the product lifecycle from concept to launch for timely delivery and value.

- Contribute to continuous improvement across product practices and team collaboration.

- Bring 5+ years strong product management experience in bingo, gaming or interactive entertainment.
- Have hands-on experience working on marketing/promotional features, player experience, or games.
- Understand player behaviour, engagement loops, and promotional mechanics.

- Are confident using data and insights to guide decisions and iteration.
- Collaborate effectively and create strong working relationships at all levels.
