Job summary

We’re looking for a highly technical, execution-driven Product Manager to help advance our Trust Lifecycle Manager platform across cloud, Kubernetes, and emerging identity-security ecosystems. This role is ideal for a product professional who enjoys rolling up their sleeves—diving into cloud services, validating technical workflows hands-on, partnering closely with engineers, and driving early-stage concepts into impactful customer-facing capabilities.

You’ll operate at the intersection of PKI, cloud-native architectures, digital identity, and certificate automation—translating complex technical needs into scalable, intuitive solutions that accelerate customer trust workloads.

What you will do

Cloud, Kubernetes & Platform Enablement

  • Implement and iterate on integrations with AWS, Azure, and GCP services—including KMS, Key Vault, CloudHSM, ACM, and CAS.
  • Partner with engineering to build, test, and validate Kubernetes certificate automation flows (cert-manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, service meshes, mTLS workflows).
  • Drive hands-on prototyping within cloud-native environments, microservices, and containerized deployment architectures.
  • Support design and documentation for CLM integrations across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.

Technical Execution & Roadmap Delivery

  • Translate customer requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Manage and prioritize backlogs for engineering squads in an Agile development structure.
  • Build quick proofs-of-concept to evaluate feasibility, integration complexity, and customer value.
  • Assist with release planning, validation, and rollout of new features.

Customer Discovery & Validation

  • Conduct structured interviews with practitioners (DevOps, CloudOps, Security, Platform Engineering).
  • Present concepts, prototypes, and early builds for targeted feedback loops.
  • Synthesize insights into actionable product improvements and roadmap proposals.
  • Support technical enablement for customers evaluating or adopting new integrations.

Cross-functional Technical Collaboration

  • Work with Architecture and Engineering to align on design patterns, scalability needs, and cloud-native security controls.
  • Engage with Solutions Architects and Sales Engineers to analyze customer environments and identify use cases.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to support technical messaging, diagrams, and solution narratives.

What you will have

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in product management, technical program management, DevOps, cloud engineering, or a related role.
  • Practical experience with at least one major public cloud ecosystem (AWS, Azure, or GCP), especially in security or identity workloads.
  • Working knowledge of Kubernetes fundamentals, certificate issuance flows, mTLS, and cloud-native security practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools, container orchestration, and automation frameworks.
  • Exposure to PKI, certificate lifecycle management, cryptographic protocols, or related security domains.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and communicate technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.
  • Experience building prototypes or working closely with engineering on proof-of-concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills, with comfort using data to guide prioritization and validate decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Understanding of cryptography and security protocols.
  • Familiarity with API design and integration patterns.
  • Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of agile development practices.
  • Comfort with data analysis and experimentation frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Terraform, Helm, or other IaC tooling.
  • Understanding of Zero Trust, workload identity, service mesh technology, and secure connectivity patterns.
  • Background in software development, SRE/DevOps, or cloud solution architecture.
  • Exposure to certificate automation ecosystems (cert-manager, SPIRE/SPIFFE, Vault PKI).
  • Experience supporting marketplace readiness or product listings on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and rapid experimentation methodologies.

Benefits

  • Generous time off policies
  • Top shelf benefits
  • Education, wellness and lifestyle support
