We’re looking for a Product Manager (PM) to own and evolve the systems that power our business. In this role, you’ll work closely with founders, engineering, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, well-structured technical solutions that support both internal operations and customer-facing platforms.
Responsibilities- Own and maintain product roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy
- Translate business needs into clear technical requirements (PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Work closely with Engineering and QA to ensure feasible, scalable solutions
- Manage backlog, prioritize based on impact, technical risk, and delivery effort
- Coordinate releases and support smooth deployments
- Act as bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
- 2–5+ years experience as Product Manager, Technical PM, or Business Analyst
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture basics
- Able to discuss APIs, integrations, data flows, and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability)
- Experience working with engineering teams in Agile/Scrum environment
- Comfortable reading technical documentation and participating in technical discussions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with ERP, POS, inventory, CRM, or omni-channel systems
- Experience integrating third-party vendors or SaaS platforms
- Experience in retail, lifestyle, or consumer businesses
- Basic data analysis / dashboard experience
- High ownership over core internal and customer-facing systems
- Direct collaboration with founders and Head of Tech
