Job Objective
The Product Manager will define and execute product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver solutions that meet business goals. This role focuses on product discovery, roadmap ownership, and driving execution through clear communication, prioritization, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept and discovery through launch and iteration.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company goals.
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitive assessments to identify opportunities.
Create detailed product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
Prioritize features and manage the product backlog based on impact and feasibility.
Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote alignment across teams.
Collaborate with customer-facing teams to gather feedback and improve product adoption and usability.
Analyze product performance and leverage data to drive continuous improvement.
Stay informed on trends in cloud, SaaS, and emerging technologies including AI and apply insights to product strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
3–5 years of Product Management experience building and delivering SaaS products.
Strong understanding of cloud concepts (preferably AWS) and modern software development practices.
Experience partnering with engineering teams using technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.
Proven ability to manage roadmaps, prioritize effectively, and drive cross-functional alignment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ownership mindset.
Good to Have
AWS, PMP, CSM/PSM, or other product-related certifications.
Experience working with AI/GenAI tools or integrating AI capabilities into products.
Exposure to cloud consulting, DevOps, or automation-focused environments.
