Product Manager
Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Product Manager with strong ownership, structured thinking, and excellent collaboration skills. In this role, you will lead initiatives across both customer-facing products (such as application forms, widgets, and the user portal) and internal platforms that power the heart of our operations-enabling teams across the business to deliver faster decisions, better service, and a seamless loan journey from application to repayment.
You’ll work closely with engineering, design, operations, compliance, and marketing to deliver value quickly and iteratively. You will have a direct impact on improving user experience, driving operational efficiency, and supporting business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Own and evolve our internal platforms that power the customer journey from application to funded loan and beyond-streamlining operations, reducing manual work, and accelerating time to funding.
- Support the definition, prioritization, and continuous improvement of customer-facing features such as the application form, widgets, and the user portal.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Design teams in an Agile environment to scope and deliver features iteratively.
- Drive structured product discovery with stakeholders in operations, compliance, marketing, and engineering.
- Define product requirements and write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize based on impact, effort, and company goals, ensuring team focus on what matters most.
- Run A/B tests and leverage analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase) to measure feature performance and inform decisions.
Your skills & experience
Essential
- 2 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, lending, or operationally complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead both user-facing and internal product initiatives from discovery through delivery
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, analysts, and business stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile teams with iterative delivery cycles and continuous prioritization
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and define success metrics (e.g., Mixpanel, Metabase, or similar)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including clear documentation and stakeholder alignment.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of managing multiple streams of work simultaneously
Desired
- Background in financial services, credit, regulated industries
- Familiarity with CRM or other back-office operational tools used by agents
- Exposure to A/B testing methodologies and experimentation frameworks
- General understanding of frontend/backend technologies to facilitate technical discussions
