Job Responsibilities
Take full ownership of planning and designing various product modules, driving the end-to-end process from user needs discovery and solution development to launch and iteration.
Deliver high-quality product experiences by ensuring top standards in interaction design, visual appeal, and usability, creating a seamless and intuitive user journey.
Develop and execute strategies for product growth, including key metric breakdown, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and data-driven optimization.
Participate in the design of monetization strategies and features, such as pricing systems and paywall design, ensuring a seamless integration of monetization into the product experience.
Lead cross-functional collaboration (product, design, operations, engineering, etc.), ensuring alignment on goals, well-coordinated execution, and effective risk management.
Play a key role in integrating AI capabilities into the product, designing AI-friendly and user-friendly interactions, while continuously exploring and validating innovative use cases.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in independently managing products or core modules, with the ability to quickly deliver high-quality product design solutions and drive them to launch.
Experience in growth or monetization initiatives, with the ability to balance user experience and business objectives to achieve results.
Strong project management skills and excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of driving consensus across multiple teams.
Familiarity with AI and large model trends and applications; candidates with hands-on experience in AI product design or implementation are preferred.
