You’ll own the product vision, roadmap, and execution — translating complex financial systems into simple, reliable, and scalable experiences.
What you’ll do:Own and shape the product strategy for Slash — from vision to execution.
Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and ops to ship secure, lightning-fast products across ACH, card, and digital assets.
Drive product planning, prioritization, and release cycles that keep the team focused and moving fast.
Partner with leadership to define success metrics, elevate merchant experiences, and guide data-driven decisions.
Building out our enterprise finance features: Bill pay, invoicing, AR/AP aging reports, reimbursement
Internal tools: product applications, transaction monitoring
Core banking features: mobile app, Slack bot, etc.
What We're Looking For:
4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fintech.
Current/Former - Founders or Co-Founders with proven success, entrepreneurial mindset, builder mentality preferred.
Experience building financial or developer platforms (ACH, card processing, crypto, and more).
Strong grasp of API-first product design, payments architecture, and merchant workflows.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills across multiple departments.
Ability to thrive with attention to detail, in fast-moving startup environments.
