In This Role, You Can Expect To
- Translate needs into action. Turn fan feedback, school requests, and market data into well-defined requirements that drive impact.
- Own delivery. Lead features from idea through launch, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are achieved.
- Leverage research for solutioning. Use customer and consumer insights to design effective, valuable solutions that meet real needs and create meaningful outcomes.
- Communicate clearly. Keep teams and stakeholders aligned with concise objectives, requirements, and status updates.
To Thrive In This Role, You Have
- 4+ years of product management experience (bonus if you’ve worked with native apps).
- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills — you know how to balance short-term wins with long-term vision.
- Experience working in Agile environments and a track record of delivering outcomes.
- A bias for action, creativity, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, GA4) to capture insights and measure product success.
