Playtech‘s Information Solutions and R&D unit is looking for a Product Manager to lead the product management and delivery of both tailor-made applications and commercial information systems.

As a Product Manager, you'll collaborate with diverse teams across our European branches. The main and first area of focus is planned to be the HR oriented business solutions. Your primary goal will be to enhance existing services and introduce new information services that streamline our business operations and increase employee productivity.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Work closely with stakeholders in the company, being the central point for decisions around the relevant products and functioning as a major requirements analyst in areas of responsibility.
  • Set the further product roadmap and development priorities.
  • Translate complex business needs into useful features and actual technical requirements.
  • Lead backlog management throughout the entire software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Manage release management and communication.
  • Collaborate with R&D and other technical teams to steer the technical delivery.

Qualifications

  • Possess at least 3 years of proven experience in similar roles.
  • Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills.
  • Are able to delve into business logic and requirements, with experience in process and workflow review, design, and redesign.
  • Develop clear specifications for desired functionality, ensuring they are understandable to both stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Are independent, accountable, proactive, and assertive.
  • Maintain high integrity and ethics when handling sensitive and classified information.
  • Are a dynamic team player who thrives in a multicultural environment.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Are willing to learn and to evolve.
  • Are proficient in both spoken and written English.

  • Knowledge and experience in UX and usability planning.
  • Familiarity and previous experience with ERP, CRM, Finance, HR, BI or other information systems.
  • Supplementary knowledge and background in Product Management, IT, R&D and Information Security.
