We are seeking a Product Manager to drive the development of OMG’s next-generation platform experience. This is a 0→1 initiative unifying our apps and cross-application workflows into a seamless ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, can translate big vision into iterative delivery, and is motivated by building foundational products that scale across user types and business lines.

In this new role, you will work with the Product team to drive key business outcomes while ensuring our customers have the best possible experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify areas for improvement, and create roadmaps that enhance our platform's functionality, usability, and user experience.

Day in the Life
  • Lead the product discovery and delivery for OMG’s unified platform experience
  • Define MVPs and long-term roadmap for new products
  • Partner with engineering to make build vs. buy vs. integrate decisions
  • Create frameworks for platform modularity, scalability, and extensibility
  • Drive adoption of integrated workflows
  • Define and prioritize requirements based on customer needs and business goals
  • Create and maintain product roadmaps and backlogs
  • Develop and maintain product documentation, including business cases
  • Ensure user experiences across OMG’s unified platform experience are intuitive, performant, and consistent, with a focus on cross-app workflows
  • Work closely with design to maintain a cohesive visual identity while prioritizing usability and accessibility
  • Leverage AI-powered prototyping tools to accelerate discovery and validate design decisions
  • Work with Product Marketing to drive successful product launches and ensure successful adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Work with Revenue teams to drive adoption and ensure growth outcomes are being met
  • Communicate product progress, risks,  and changes to stakeholders, including customers, internal Teams, and executives
  • Collaborate with clients and every cross-functional Team at OMG to ensure successful solutions, product launches, and adoption
  • Analyze user data and feedback to inform product improvements and iterate on existing products
  • Conduct research to gain a deep understanding of user behavior, preferences, and pain points
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation

RequirementsMust Haves
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience working on search, data-heavy products, or B2B platforms is a plus
  • Experience with 0→1 product development or platform initiatives
  • Experience collaborating with design teams on visual design consistency
  • Ability to leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate day-to-day product discovery, prototyping, and decision-making
  • Familiarity with APIs, system integrations, or multi-product ecosystems
  • Strong ability to navigate ambiguity, run structured discovery, and iterate quickly
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, strong collaboration skills, and a growth mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for delivering high-quality products that meet user needs and drive business results
  • U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required
