- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technologies to inform product strategy
- Communicate product insights and recommendations to stakeholders and the leadership team
- Lead and mentor a team of product managers
- Act as a point of contact for cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Analyse product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimisation
- Collaborate with the development team to identify and prioritise new features and functionalities
- 5+ years of experience working on software development projects as a program or product manager
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. Computer Science, Data Science)
- Strong understanding of scientific research and data analysis
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience leading teams and working with cross-functional stakeholders
- Background in Science or/and experience in building AI-products or/and is curious about cutting-edge technologies will be a plus
