What You’ll Do:
- Own and drive the strategy and execution of a core internal product powering the intelligence of LSports systems.
- Define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as a go-to expert on product capabilities and status communicating updates clearly across teams.
- Write clear product requirements and user stories and work closely with engineering on sprint planning and execution.
- Analyze data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and iterate on product features.
- Understand how internal users interact with the platform, gather feedback, and translate needs into product improvements.
- Regularly present product status and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including leadership.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product management experience, preferably with data-focused products.
- Proven ability to own and deliver complex products end-to-end.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product use cases.
- Strong data orientation, comfortable working with metrics, querying data, and defining KPIs.
- Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and databases.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional teams; adept at articulating complex ideas to varied audiences
- Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to synthesize complexity into clear narratives.
- Strong collaboration and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Ability to interpret complex data; resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Advantage:

- Background in sports-tech, gaming, or real-time data systems.
