Responsibilities:
- Developing ideas and hypotheses for individual features and tests, with a mindset of the smallest possible way to validate.
- Managing the product development process end to end for features with high expected impact
- Defining and tracking success metrics for individual features to ensure learnings are captured or desired impact is achieved.
- Collaborating with design and engineering to ensure features and stories are well-defined and reasonably sized before beginning work.
- Efficiently moving through feedback loops so the team is consistently delivering meaningful changes
- Holding a high bar for quality while being flexible and eager to develop a shared culture and more effective processes with a growing team.
- Maintaining the product backlog, collaborating with stakeholders to transparently set and shift any priorities as needed.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in a Product Manager / Product Owner role.
- Proven success applying Agile development processes.
- Ideal candidate will have experience with conversion rate optimization, high velocity testing, and/or startup/fast-moving environments.
