What we’re looking for
A super smart and savvy Product Manager who loves a challenge and wants to work on great stuff every day. Someone who is passionate about creating great experiences and:
· Has the customer and their needs at the heart of everything they do
· Can clearly define and articulate a strategy, and drive to execute the strategy well
· Loves to figure out how things work, and solve problems
· Is really organised, great at communicating and loves working with a team.
What does the job involve?
The Product Manager supports the development, strategy, planning and delivery of products:
· Help drive the product vision, roadmap, prioritisation & planning
· Understanding our customers, jobs to be done and how to create great experiences for them
· Work with the design & development teams to bring the product vision to life
· Create great relationships across the business.
What you’ll need to bring:
· A passion for learning new things
· Curiosity and mental agility to look at a problem from different perspectives
· Ability to pick things up quickly and to think outside of the box
· A desire for working as part of the product team and across cross-functional teams
· Ideally some experience with software delivery or agile methodology.
