Product Manager

Machinify is the leading provider of AI-powered software products that transform healthcare claims and payment operations. Each year, the healthcare industry generates over $200B in claims mispayments, creating incredible waste, friction and frustration for all participants: patients, providers, and especially payers. Machinify’s revolutionary AI-platform has enabled the company to develop and deploy, at light speed, industry-specific products that increase the speed and accuracy of claims processing by orders of magnitude.

Machinify is seeking a Product Manager to help us translate the voice of the customer and our product strategy into product requirements.

What you’ll do:

• Define product requirements for Machinify’s Payments solutions

• Gather and understand our customers needs, policies and process and translate into requirements for our Data Science and Engineering teams

• Understand the drivers of business value to the customer, challenge the status quo and propose new processes where needed to deliver that value

• Develop a deep understanding of the Machinify platform and products and the ability to estimate technical complexity of implementation.

• Drive cross-functional alignment among stakeholders, building strong partnerships and facilitating collaboration across teams 

• Facilitate refinement discussions to drive out needed functional requirement details

• Ensure the execution of our product roadmap, setting key delivery milestones and overseeing on-time, seamless delivery of product requirements

• Bring a high level of curiosity and the ability to ask probing questions
  

What You Bring:

• You have deep experience as a Product Manager in a high-tech organization, and have a strong track record of facilitating the delivery of enterprise level roadmaps.

• You have extensive track record in software product delivery, either as a product manager or a software engineer.

• You enjoy diving into the financial aspect of product delivery

• You take the initiative and own projects from start to finish

• You can build positive relationships based on trust and value delivered

• You can communicate effectively and bring strong process, project management and decision-making/facilitating skills

• You are a critical thinker who can be strategic without losing the attention to detail
