What you’ll do ​& Who you are

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and technically adept Product Manager to own and drive the strategy for our Marketing Technology stack. You will be at the heart of enabling our marketing teams to effectively engage our diverse user base (private and professional sellers and buyers) across multiple channels. You'll own critical platforms like our Customer Data Platform (CDP) and ensure seamless integration of automation and activation tools, ultimately empowering data-driven marketing initiatives that fuel platform growth and user engagement. You will work within a dedicated cross-functional team and collaborate closely with marketing specialists and analysts.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

  • Define, own, and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Marketing Technology domain, aligning with company objectives and marketing goals.

  • Lead a cross-functional squad comprising Data Engineers, Backend, Frontend, and Mobile (iOS/Android) Developers to deliver and iterate on MarTech capabilities.

  • Take full ownership of our Customer Data Platform (CDP), including defining data ingestion strategies, identity resolution, segmentation logic, and audience orchestration capabilities.

  • Spearhead the evaluation, selection, integration, and ongoing optimisation of marketing automation and activation tools (e.g., CRM, push notifications, email marketing, retargeting platforms).

  • Collaborate deeply with Digital Marketing Managers (CRM, Onsite, Performance) and Marketing Analytics to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities, translating them into actionable product requirements.

  • Prioritize the MarTech backlog based on business impact, user value, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment, ensuring transparency with stakeholders.

  • Define key success metrics (KPIs) for MarTech initiatives and tools, monitor performance, and leverage data insights to drive continuous improvement and future roadmap decisions.

  • Act as the subject matter expert for Marketing Technology within the organization, facilitating communication and knowledge sharing between technical and marketing teams.

What You Bring (Profile):

  • Proven experience (e.g., 3+ years) as a Product Manager, specifically working on marketing technology, data platforms, or closely related areas within a digital or eCommerce environment.

  • Strong understanding of the MarTech ecosystem, including hands-on experience or deep familiarity with CDPs, marketing automation tools, CRM systems, analytics platforms, and related technologies.

  • Solid technical foundation; comfortable discussing data models, APIs, event tracking, system architecture, and data privacy considerations with engineering teams.

  • Demonstrable experience in defining user segmentation, data orchestration logic, and marketing automation workflows.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and experience using analytics to measure product success.

  • Experience working effectively in an agile environment with cross-functional teams, managing backlogs, and writing clear user stories/requirements.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience demonstrating deep understanding of the domain.
