What You'll Do
- Defining customer pain points and formulate the problem to be solved by the team,
- Inspire a high-performance team to develop the vision for our products, and identify and validate new opportunities.
- Spearheading product vision, roadmap and rollout of a successful SaaS B2B product
- Ideate and design new features according to the JBTD principle.
- Monitor product metrics and turn this data into actionable insights for the company
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years experience in product management,
- A passion for delivering seamless product experiences,
- Creative problem solving skills and ability to effectively communicate and translate feedback, needs and solutions,
- Familiarity with agile software development methodologies,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Capability of having productive conversations with engineers about technical tradeoffs in web development
- Knowledge of SaaS applications and SaaS product development process,
- Experience with B2B product development cycles,
- Familiarity with App Development, App Marketing, Digital Advertising Technologies,
- Familiarity with tools and ecosystem: Atlassian, Intercom, Stripe, Amplitude, Mixpanel, AWS etc.,
- Experience in producing written content such as blogs, documentation, etc.
