We are looking for a product manager who is passionate about fintech and brings knowledge, expertise and curiosity to further explore and add value to our product development. 

A team player who is comfortable collaborating with various stakeholders while presenting an ability to work independently; Someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, welcoming the challenge that comes along with it. 

Your day 2 day will be about: 

• Owning the product requirements in a SCRUM team (developers and QA); Drive the product life cycle in an agile methodology including user stories, personas, and production of detailed specs (PRDs) 
• Manage the SCRUM team roadmap as part of the complete product vision 
• Work closely with the R&D teams to define requirements and ensure the end-to-end high quality product delivery 
• Contribute to the vision, strategy, and processes that allow Partake to grow the product management function at various stages of our growth 
• Conduct user research, analyze market trends, and translate customer insights into actionable product strategies that enhance our products. 
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of your outbound initiatives. Analyze data and iterate on your strategies to maximize user growth and engagement for our credit loan products. 
• Build strong partnerships with external customers to deliver excellent products and services 
• Translate business and customer needs into product specifications 
• Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback, understand pain points, and validate product features. 

• Educational background - Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) in Computer Science, Information science, Information Technology Management or a related field – A must 
• Professional experience – At least 3 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record in fintech or banking sectors – A must 
• Specialized knowledge – Deep understanding of credit management processes; proficiency in defining APIs and data structures – A must 
• Technical proficiency – Demonstrable experience with Agile product development methodologies. 
• Core skills – Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities, high level of independence and organization, excellent interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams. 
• Communication – Exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken - A must
