Product Manager

As a Product Manager you will be responsible for managing a set of features and products of our last-mile SaaS solution. You will have a central role between business, technology and customer experience to maximize the value of our B2B software product and to take the right decision for the future.

In order to accomplish that, you will:

• Be part of a team of product managers and UX designers who are passionate about building scalable and intuitive features.
• Help define and communicate the long-term vision and shorter-term roadmap for our product to all concerned teams.
• Research to understand the customer’s needs, market trends and competition to drive innovation and turn ideas into tangible features.
• Prioritise work and make decisions based on the data and information you have synthesised. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment during the implementation of new features and improvements.
• Work daily in an agile and iterative way with a remote engineering team to build quality features that match the customer needs. 

• Relevant experience in building B2B software products in a SaaS environment.
• Native or Excellent in French, fluent in English.
• You are passionate about Product Management through building scalable IT products and have a solid understanding of software engineering.
• You are naturally curious about new technologies and strive to keep yourself and others informed about the latest developments you find.
• You are an excellent communicator and able to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels both remotely and in person.
• You demonstrated the ability to translate strong user empathy and understanding of user needs and pain points into something tangible that people love.
• You are a creative problem solver who is not afraid of taking on challenges.

• Experience in Logistics &/or Supply Chain sectors.
• Experience in commercial strategy and go-to-market execution, including positioning, pricing, and bringing products to market successfully.
• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data driven decisions
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of technology and AI/ML, with experience leveraging them to build innovative and scalable solutions
