Manager - DocuSign eSignature Platform
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the DocuSign eSignature platform.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and ensure the platform meets their needs.
- Develop and maintain best practices for the use of DocuSign eSignature across the organization.
- Ensure the security and compliance of eSignature processes in accordance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical leadership and support for the integration of DocuSign with other enterprise systems.
- Monitor platform performance and user adoption, and implement improvements as needed.
- Train and support end-users on the effective use of the DocuSign eSignature platform.
- Stay updated with the latest features and updates from DocuSign to continuously improve the platform.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with DocuSign support for issue resolution.
- Prepare and present reports on platform usage, performance, and ROI to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in managing DocuSign eSignature or similar eSignature platforms.
- Strong understanding of eSignature processes and best practices.
- Experience with system integration and API management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of security and compliance requirements related to eSignature solutions.
- Project management experience is a plus.
