About the Role,

The role of a Product Manager is key to connecting consulting, sales, and development teams, understanding customer needs to devise strategies to address them by driving increased product demand.
Reporting directly to the VP of Research and Development, Raúl Lacaci, this position will be responsible for establishing and executing the overall product vision for the platform:
Tower (Front Office): a growth-oriented solution that offers portfolio management, advisory tools, and digital engagement capabilities.
The Product Manager will work hand-in-hand with a team of consultants, sales engineers, and development professionals across multiple geographies (primarily Spain, Chile, and Peru). This person will ensure that best practices in product management are integrated within the organization, driving innovation, improving product-market fit, and cultivating cross-functional collaboration.

Priorities
        Defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
        Gathering and prioritizing product requirements based on customer needs and market trends.
        Collaborating with consulting and development teams, clients, and potential customers to ensure successful product delivery.
        Conducting market research and competitor analysis.
        Managing the product lifecycle and driving improvements.
        Driving market-driven innovation
        Positioning TechRules as a leader in front-office (Tower) capabilities.

Operational and regulatory excellence
As our Product Manager, you'll play a crucial role in guiding the development and success of our products. You understand customer needs and can coordinate with cross-functional teams, making strategic decisions throughout the new product lifecycle.
Product Manager responsibilities include:
        Develop and execute a clear product strategy that aligns with overall business goals and market needs.
        Conduct market research to understand customer needs, identify market trends, and assess the competition to stay relevant.
        Collaborate with the product owner, stakeholders, customers, and internal team members to assemble and prioritize product design and requirements.
        Create and maintain a roadmap with timelines, milestones, and key features for a great product launch.
        Work hand-in-hand with multiple departments, such as consulting, design, and marketing teams, to ensure successful product delivery, communication, advertising, and everything related to the launch.
        Monitor product performance by collecting user feedback, analyzing metrics, and continuously improving based on these insights.
        Directly participate in customer conversations, contract negotiations, and feedback loops to ensure product requirements are prioritized appropriately.
        Ensure all product releases comply with relevant regulatory bodies and incorporate security/compliance requirements.

Product Manager Qualifications
        Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related role, demonstrating a track record of success.
        A Bachelor's degree in business, systems, IT, engineering or similar is preferred, or experience in a Senior Product Manager role working with a technical product.
        Certifications such as [Certified Product Manager (CPM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)] will be highly valued.
        Strong understanding of the target market, industry trends, user experience and prototyping best practices.
        Knowledge of software development technology and processes is preferred, as this enables effective collaboration with engineering teams.
        Use of product management tools such as JIRA, Trello or Asana.
        Mastery of agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban will be highly valued.
        Strong work experience in iterative software delivery methodologies: Agile, SCRUM, etc.
        Strong work experience in project management tools: JIRA, Monday, etc.
        Work experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is valued.
        Background in the financial services industry and specific experience.

        Aptitude and interest in quickly learning new and emerging technologies and methods.
        Leadership – to motivate the product team, provide guidance, and lead by example, helping to ensure a successful product launch.
        Problem-solving – to be equipped when facing a challenge and to be able to analyze the situation, make informed decisions, and find innovative solutions to avoid delays.
        Adaptability: Due to changing market conditions or emerging customer needs, priorities may shift during product development and you must be flexible in prioritizing focus on product goals.
        Analytical Thinking: Data collection and interpretation are key elements in product planning, and analytical thinking is essential when making data-driven decisions and optimizing products.
        Empathy: To understand needs and pain points through active listening and empathy towards customers, users, and the development team.
        Fluency in English and Spanish is a must.
