The opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate websites in the world, the front door for the majority of our customers, and a primary revenue generator. Within the LATAM Web team we are passionate about understanding the regional audience specificities in order to build and serve outstanding web journeys across our top markets. We aim at using research and experience design principles with the aim of building a highly converting web user experience. Making adobe.com a best-in-class experience for all site visitors – across the entire customer journey.

The Product Manager will be responsible for identifying key opportunities, based on data, using this to craft and promote impactful, locally relevant customer experiences on adobe.com in alignment with strategic goals. The chosen candidate will contribute to the global product vision while prioritizing and defining local variations required for optimizing the experience in a given market.

We are looking for someone passionate about web and digital marketing. With knowledge of experience design, digital marketing, SEO and website product management. The ideal candidate is data driven, a clear communicator who can interpret data and behaviors into insight seamlessly. The person is self-motivated and feels comfortable prioritising multiple projects, with several international teams simultaneously. This position is opened for a central contributor within a setup of highly dedicated cross-functional teams in charge of delivering product releases, increasing website traffic, and ensuring that the projects improve business performance.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and implement a web marketing strategy for the Brazil markets in response to the product and commercial strategy.
  • Assess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth within our audience and expand successful activities in Brazil across other markets with similar conditions.
  • Deliver and maintain all forms of experience change across assigned markets.
  • Conduct local research to understand key qualitative aspects of the audience
  • A/B test core experience changes, including prioritization, sizing, experience creation, deployment, and reporting
  • Drive deployments on the website by collaborating with a cross-functional team
  • Leading changes delivered to assigned markets from Corp to preserve local optimizations and ensure a smooth and accurate experience.
  • Capture insights from analysts, research studies & partners, and use them to build a backlog, deliver a roadmap of tests and rollouts, and report insights to leadership.
  • Provide insights to the SEO team and validate that SEO initiatives are correctly connected to the core web journey
  • Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs

What you need to succeed

  • Confirmed experience in digital marketing, including 3+ years of Web Product Management experience enabling marketing and customer experiences.
  • Experience mobile web optimization is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, creative, collaborative and innovative
  • Articulate in documenting product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories
  • Ability to lead issue resolution and mitigate risk on the product roadmap
  • Proficient in defining roadmaps and delivering with teams that employ agile software development methodologies
  • Analytical abilities to test hypothesis and sort through uncertain options
  • Ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by data and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support
  • Ability to influence executive and senior level leaders regarding product vision, roadmap and work backlog priorities and trade-offs
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience required, MBA a plus
  • Special consideration given for experience across multiple Adobe Technical Solutions
  • Fluent in English, Portuguese language. Spanish language fluency ideal.
  • Availability to travel (10%)
