PRODUCT MANAGER
Turkey R&D Center is the second largest R&D investment of Huawei located outside of China. In Huawei Turkey R&D Center, we are a dedicated team who are determined to do what it takes to be world-class and we’re looking for like-minded people to join our adventure.
We are looking forward to meet with product managers who will become an integral part of our innovation team and would will play a key role in determining the future strategy for our Cloud-based SaaS products.
The Role:
Successful Product Manager would be performing the following tasks;
· Work closely with various stakeholders to set the vision for developing innovative SaaS solutions.
· By maintaining strong customer focus, understand the market demand and translate them into new product ideas based on market research.
· Prepare roadmaps and detailed specifications based on user needs and determine product priorities.
· Assess the market regularly with a business develop perspective to improve current product lines and design new ones.
· Build, support and maintain all of our SaaS gateway integrations to support wide variety of preferred solutions used by our customers.
· Provide insights for the management by compiling sales forecasts, special reports and analyses.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of Huawei Cloud products and related technologies in the market.
· Manage the team’s job results by counseling and leading the team members.
· Collaborate with designers, engineers, data scientists, and user researchers to build prototypes of the product. Validate if the delivered features are overlapping intended business objectives
· Define rules and norms for product life cycle management
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· 5+ years of proven experience in product management field
· Comfortable working in fast paced agile environment, good team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills both in English and Turkish.
· Have a winners mindset with a “can-do” approach
· Ability to work independently and take initiative to drive the innovative solutions ahead
· Data savvy, market and analysis oriented
