The Team
The Product Team at MyVest provides the critical bridge between evolving market and customer needs and our development teams. By identifying opportunities to grow and improve the existing products to garner more market share, and meeting the ever shifting needs of our clientele the team ensures the future success of MyVest.
The Opportunity
In this role you’ll lead the development of complex product strategies and roadmaps for our wealth management solutions SaaS product. We expect you to drive innovation and best practices in product management processes across the organization.
Specifically you’ll be responsible for:
- Roadmapping improvements to our product targeting wealth advisors and their firms
- Lead cross-functional teams to realize product strategy and deliverables
- Work cross-functionally to align product strategy with company market placement and fiscal goals
- Conduct high-level client and stakeholder engagements to gather requirements and present vision
- Support multiple product lines or major features, ensuring cohesive integration and optimal user experience
- Interfacing with architecture and development to writing detailed requirement documents for new features
- Working closely with Pendo and Figma to gather customer insights and build out mockups with the help of our design team
About You
- Substantial experience working with cross-functional teams on key deliverables
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in data-driven decision making and analytics
- Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user experience in product decisions
- Track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders, both internal and external
- Genuine interest in trading and the stock market
Ideal Experience
- Substantial experience working as a Product Manager for a financial SaaS product
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex enterprise-level software products
- Extensive knowledge of the wealth management industry, including advanced understanding of investment strategies, financial regulations, and market trends
- Creating engaging, and concise ways to present complex data sets to a range of audiences
- For this position would be happy to consider candidates from the trading/wealth management sector who have worked closely with Product and are looking for a career change in that direction.

- Previous experience with a direct MyVest competitor
Location
- While MyVest is in a hybrid (office and work-from-home) work model, this role is required to be in the office frequently. MyVest will fill this position in the San Francisco Bay Area only.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary for this role will be between $183,000 to $202,000. Placement in this range depends upon a variety of factors including prior relevant experience and skill set.
- The range listed above is just one component of MyVest's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation includes an annual bonus, long-term incentives, and program-specific stipends.
