Playtech Managed Services is looking for a responsible and proactive Product Manager with strong leadership skills.

Job Description

Your influential mission. You will... 

  • Develop product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, including planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as UX, BI, and/or CX team, to understand and prioritize product requirements and features.
  • Work closely with the development team or partners to ensure that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives using various methodologies, such as design thinking, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Ensure that the product meets quality and usability standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to enhance product capabilities and support.
  • Facilitate design thinking/design sprint workshops, product demos, and presentations to stakeholders and customers.
  • Ensure and facilitate the execution of user acceptance testing to ensure that the product meets customer/client requirements (VOC to CTQ).
  • Ensure that the product documentation and knowledge base are up-to-date and easily accessible to customers and support teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends to continuously improve product capabilities and user experience.

Qualifications

Components for success. You... 

  • Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in product development or project management roles, with at least 3 years of experience in a managerial/supervisor position.
  • Possess strong leadership skills, including the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and external partners.
  • Are familiar with product development lifecycle and agile methodologies, as well as with project management tools such as Jira.
  • Have experience in developing product vision and strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives using various methodologies, such as design thinking, Lean, or Six Sigma.
  • Are experienced in Agile methodologies and experienced with Agile development tools.
  • Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Can demonstrate a proven track record of developing exceptional product vision that aligns with customer needs and market trends.
  • Are knowledgeable of regulatory requirements and quality standards related to product development.
  • Have experience in managing external vendors and partners.
