About the department
The Marketing Team at Novo Nordisk in Dhaka, Bangladesh is a dynamic and collaborative group of professionals devoted to driving the success of our pharmaceutical products. With a focus on innovation and customer satisfaction, we work together to develop and implement effective marketing strategies. Join our team and contribute to our mission of improving patient lives through innovative healthcare solutions. This role will report directly to the Director, Marketing.
The position
As a Product Manager at Novo Nordisk, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand marketing strategies to achieve brand targets while building strong partnerships with customers and improving productivity.
  • Engage with the Field Force, keeping them updated, motivate and providing sales support.
  • Conduct market research, surveys of healthcare professionals, and market mapping to gain insights for brand strategy while managing the product cycle and portfolio, including script analysis of healthcare professionals and competitor analysis.
  • Prepare and assess drug product information and documents in compliance with local and global drug administration and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to gain the mind share of targeted customers and facilitate participation in national and regional activities of medical organizations.


Qualifications

  • Preferably, candidates should have a Medical Graduate (MBBS), Pharmacy graduate, or any graduate in life sciences, with a preference for an MBA degree.
  • At least 3-4 years of work experience in reputed pharmaceutical companies with strong experience in a marketing position.
  • Ability to work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong social sk ills and the ability to work well in a team, along with excellent logical a nd presentation skills.
  • Target-driven, customer-oriented, and quality-focused, with an evidenced track record of inspiring and motivating a highly talented team.
